Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment. To facilitate our goals, we have developed the following financial options: Payment must be made in full for all treatment under $300. Options for payment of services greater than $300 Cash or check with a 5% fee reduction (bookkeeping reduction) if paid at initial visit. Credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card). 50% down at time of initial service and 50% due at second visit if no additional insurance involved if lab incurred. CONTRACT PAYMENTS Treatment with fees greater than $300 have the option to have a contract written up for 90 days in office financing interest free with approved credit.
